Protect Project Margins Before Costs Get Out of Control.

TechBuild is construction intelligence for contractors. See cost variance earlier, spot where profit is leaking, and turn site updates into clear, reviewable records.

Dashboards on this page use simulated data for illustration. Demos are by request.

Construction challenges

Why margins slip on otherwise well-run projects

Most overruns do not arrive all at once. They build up in places that are hard to see in time.

  • Margin erodes quietly

Overtime, rework and price swings add up before the monthly report shows it.

  • Cost data arrives late

Site activity reaches the finance team days or weeks after the money is spent.

  • Site records are manual

Daily logs, safety notes and handovers are typed up from memory at the end of a long shift.

  • Drawings and field work drift apart

Teams work from different versions, and coordination issues surface on site.

Capabilities

Four areas that protect the bottom line

  1. 1

    Margin preservation

A financial baseline per project, with early signals when the forecast moves away from it.

  2. 2

    Cost control

Cost lines monitored against budget, with alerts when variance crosses a threshold you set.

  3. 3

    Jobsite and field sync

Voice-memo daily logs, weather capture and shift safety handovers for site teams.

  4. 4

    Integration gateway

A planned Procore REST API connection, so field and cost data can flow between systems.

  • Forecast at completion (bar end): ₹84,00,000

Profit Leakage Radar

See where margin is slipping away

The radar highlights the cost patterns that most often erode profit, ranked by estimated impact.

Profit Leakage RadarSimulated data
  • Labour overtime drift

    ₹70,000

Overtime hours are running above the planned level on the concrete crew.

  • Spot rebar procurement variance

    ₹1,80,000

Recent spot purchases were priced above the budgeted rate.

  • Equipment idle hours

    ₹60,000

Hired equipment sat idle on several shifts while waiting on prerequisite work.

Simulated signals and amounts, shown for illustration.

Cost variance detection

Alerts when a cost line crosses your threshold

Cost lines are compared with budget. In this example, a forecast more than 5% over budget is flagged, and a draft RFI and a notification to the project lead are prepared for review.

Example alerts

Structural concrete is forecast +6.3% against budget. A draft RFI and a notification to the project lead are ready for review.

Metals (rebar and steel) is forecast +10.0% against budget. A draft RFI and a notification to the project lead are ready for review.

Jobsite workflows

Site records without the end-of-day paperwork

Give superintendents a faster way to capture what happened on site.

  • Daily logs

Record progress, labour and issues for the shift in a consistent format.

  • Voice memos

Speak a site update and have it transcribed into a draft log entry for review.

  • Weather capture

Conditions recorded alongside the log for later reference.

  • Safety handovers

Pass open safety items from one shift to the next without loose notes.

Drawings and field coordination

Keep the site and the drawings in step

Show which drawing revision is current and whether coordination issues, such as services clashing with structure, are open or resolved.

Integration gateway

Planned, not yet available

A planned Procore REST API connection

We are designing a gateway to connect TechBuild with Procore using OAuth 2.0 and the Procore REST API. It is not yet connected to any Procore account. We will announce it only once it is built and verified.

  • Project specs and drawings

Keep field teams on current documents.

  • Cost control

Exchange budget and cost information with your project record.

  • Site daily observations

Send approved daily-log entries to the project record.

AI workflow orchestration

From a site update to a reviewed record

An illustrative workflow showing how a field event could move through TechBuild. A person approves before anything is sent onward. Integration with your ERP is planned, not available.

  1. Step 1

    Voice memo

A superintendent records a site update.

  2. Step 2

    Transcription

The memo becomes a structured draft log.

  3. Step 3

    Variance check

Reported quantities are compared with budget.

  4. Step 4

    RFI draft

If a threshold is crossed, a draft is prepared for review.

  5. Step 5

    Owner review

A person approves before anything leaves the system.

Who it's for

Built for the office and the site

  • Contractor executives and CFOs

Portfolio-level visibility of margin and early warning on cost overruns.

  • Project managers

Track each project's cost position against its baseline and act sooner.

  • Superintendents and field engineers

Faster daily logs, safety handovers and clearer links between drawings and site work.

FAQ

TechBuild questions

Is the dashboard on this page real?

No. The figures, alerts and project name are simulated to show how TechBuild is designed to present information. They are not from a real project or customer.

Does TechBuild connect to Procore today?

Not yet. A Procore REST API integration using OAuth 2.0 is planned. We will say clearly when it is available and verified.

Does TechBuild update in real time?

We do not claim real-time synchronisation. How often data updates will depend on the sources connected for your project, which we will discuss in a demo.

Can it guarantee better margins?

No. TechBuild is designed to surface cost variance and site information earlier. What your team does with it determines the result.

How do I see TechBuild?

Request a demo through the contact form. Tell us about your projects and we will arrange a walkthrough.
