This policy explains how BizPulseAI ("BizPulse AI", "we", "us"), of Surat,Gujarat,India, handles personal data when you visit www.bizpulseai.in or contact us. We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Information Technology Act, 2000, as applicable.

1. What this website collects

This website is a static information site. It has no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. We do not knowingly collect personal data through the pages themselves.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., serves the site and may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request time in server logs for security and delivery. We do not receive or use this data to identify you.

2. Data you send us

If you email us, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, or contact us on social media, we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and message. Those services have their own privacy policies.

3. Why we use it

We use the information you send only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or demo, and keep a record of our conversation. We process it based on your consent, which you give by contacting us. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us communicate or store records (for example, email and messaging providers), or where the law requires. Some providers may process data outside India.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry records for One Year or as long as needed to respond and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to confirm and give you a summary of your personal data we hold, correct or complete it, erase it, and nominate another person to exercise your rights if you cannot. You may also withdraw consent and raise a grievance.

7. Children

This website is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has contacted us, write to us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS for this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. External links

This site links to other services, including TechVidya (techvidya.bizpulseai.in), YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and WhatsApp. Their privacy practices are their own. TechVidya's privacy terms are available within the TechVidya app.

10. Grievance and contact

For questions, requests or complaints about your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer: TechVidya, contactus@bizpulseai.in. We aim to respond within Business 5 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
